Q: Can I have you deliver to an alternation location?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to alternate locations on your behalf at this time.
We need to accept payment at the location that we deliver the order to.
Q: Can you deliver to Treasure Lake?
A: We can, but we only deliver to the front gate of Treasure Lake.
Q: How do I return/warranty a part?
A: We are unable to pick up the returned or warrantied part. You have to bring it to our main location to return the part.
Q:How soon can I expect my part?
A: Generally we will deliver your part within several hours. We will give you an estimated time of arrival When we give you a quote.
Q: How do I pay?
A: You can pay our driver with cash, check or card. If you need change, please let us know when you order it. Otherwise our
driver won't carry any money for change. If you need to prepay for special orders , please call and we will arrange payment.
Q: Can you deliver engines/heavy parts?
A: Yes we can, but if the item is over 50 pounds, our driver cannot move the part for you. You are responsible for moving it.
Q: What do I do if I don't hit the minumum dollar amount?
A: You have a couple options. We can charge you the difference as a delivery fee, or you can just add on something you may need in the future, such as oil or wiper blades.
